For simple issues we provide Remote Repair. With Remote Repair, you don’t have to go through the hassle of unhooking your computer and bringing it to our shop, or incurring the extra per hour charge of onsite services.

Please note an internet connection is required and it is not possible for us to repair computers that have connection problems, can’t boot, or have hardware failures with Remote Repair.
