With Remote Repair , you don’t have to go through the hassle of unhooking your computer and bringing it to our shop, or incurring the extra per hour charge of an on site service.

To get started do the following:

Call Clear Choice Computer at (330) 406-1994 to find out if remote service is possible for your situation, and set up a remote service time.

Check your email for our service deposit instructions. Once payment has been made you can continue to the next step.

Click here to download our connection utility, be sure to remember where you saved it.

Start the utility, be sure to click allow to any user control, firewall, or run prompts.

Check your email after service is complete for invoice and payment instructions for any extra time incurred over the initial deposit.

Please note an internet connection is required for Remote Repair, it is impossible for us to repair computers that have connection problems, do not boot, or have hardware failure with Remote Repair. All Remote Repair sessions will incur a minimum charge of $45.00 + tax as a service deposit fee that will need to be paid in advance, if we are unable to resolve the problem remotely and you agree to have the computer services In-shop or On-site the $45.00 service deposit may be applied to the total balance.
